2 Trafalgar Way will be Europe’s largest Passivhaus student accommodation scheme. The development includes three towers (28, 36, and 46 storeys) offering 1,672 student beds and 80 residential apartments. A four-storey podium will feature 41,000 sq. ft of commercial office space, alongside retail, residential, and indoor play areas.

The office space will support university departments and provide flexible, affordable workspaces for start-ups, fostering collaboration with academia, similar to the successful BaseKX at St Pancras with University College London.
