Created in collaboration with local residents and businesses, the development includes 197 apartments, industrial units, and retail spaces, fostering a vibrant new community. Part of the Leyton Vision masterplan, it aims to revitalize the area west of Leyton Orient’s football stadium.

The varying block heights maximize light, air, and views for each apartment, while gaps between the blocks soften their street-level impact. Subtle differences in design, materials, and tones create a cohesive, harmonious look.
