Located on Lexden and Steyne Road in Acton Town, Ealing, the new development will feature three buildings: an eight-storey senior living building with 71 units, a 20-storey residential tower with approximately 111 units, and a four-storey family block with six larger flats. The scheme will include 90 shared ownership homes and 27 market-sale units.
