Plot 25, designed by Glenn Howells Architects, will be one of the first buildings in Brent Cross Town, located north of the new High Street South and across from Neighbourhood Square.

The building will offer around 600 private student rooms, with communal study and recreation areas on the ground floor. It will also include a flexible commercial space at street level, suitable for either office or retail use.
