Abbey Place is a development of 13 and 21-storey apartment buildings alongside the new Abbey Wood Elizabeth Line station, offering over 70% affordable housing. Designed by shedkm for HUB, the project includes 245 apartments made up of 173 shared ownership in the east block and 72 private rented in the west, plus flexible commercial space and public amenities. The towers are connected by a shared podium garden, with rooftop amenities on each block.
